admissionsStarting at Victoria House– Admissions Policy

If you would like your child to attend Victoria House Nursery please complete and return the initial enquiry form.  Upon receipt of this form, we will check availability, after which you will be invited to visit our setting.  After the visit and upon agreement that you would like to proceed, an application form together with the registration fee should be completed and returned to the office as soon as possible.  Upon receipt of this documentation, you will be contacted by the Office staff confirming your child’s start date and to arrange ‘taster sessions’.

Immunisations
It is Victoria House Nursery policy that all children admitted to Nursery should be fully inoculated in line with the IOM Government’s recommended inoculation schedule

The first days
We want your child to feel happy and safe. To make sure that this is the case, the staff will work with you to decide on how to help your child to settle. We will ask you to complete a profile of your child to give us the information we need to help your child settle happily into nursery. We will also set up two ‘taster’ sessions before your child’s due start date, when you and he/she can come in a join in with the other children and staff. Your child will be introduced to his/her key worker during the taster sessions, who initially will be your child’s first point of contact.
N.B. Please ask for a copy of the Victoria House Guide to Settling Your Child.

No hidden costs or charges.

Please note that Victoria House Nursery is committed to providing a quality service and value for money.  In recognition of the rising demands on family budgets we DO NOT CHARGE for extra curricula activities and we do not have a COMPLIANCE FEE
