At Victoria House Nursery & Pre-School, we believe that nurturing children begins with nurturing the people who guide them. This month we are proud to celebrate three members of our team who have reached important milestones in their professional development.
Chloe Crittenden, our Nursery Manager, has completed her TQUK Level 5 Diploma for Senior Early Years Practitioners. Alongside her, Eva Crellin and Sienna Callister have both achieved their TQUK Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s Workforce (Early Years Educator).
These qualifications represent dedication, reflection and a deep commitment to the children in our care. At Victoria House, we believe in applying a growth mindset to everything we do. Each member of our team is encouraged to keep learning, to stay curious and to strive for excellence in their practice.
When educators grow, the whole nursery grows. The new knowledge and confidence gained through professional study strengthen the quality of education we provide and ensure that every child at Victoria House benefits from inspired, well-informed teaching.
We are proud of Chloe, Eva and Sienna for their achievements and the example they set for others. Their success is a reflection of the culture at Victoria House, where everyone is supported to reach their potential and where learning never stands still.
