We are delighted to share some wonderful news: Victoria House Nursery has been selected as a finalist in this year’s Media Isle of Man Awards for Excellence, in the category of Excellence in Customer Service.
This recognition holds deep meaning for us because it reflects what lies at the heart of Victoria House. We have always believed that a nursery is far more than a place where children learn and play. It is a vital part of the community that nurtures not only young minds, but also supports parents and guardians in achieving their own goals, ambitions and careers with confidence and peace of mind.
The saying “it takes a village to raise a child” captures our philosophy perfectly. We see ourselves as part of that village, working closely with families to build relationships founded on trust, empathy and shared purpose. Every warm exchange at the door, every conversation, and every milestone reached together strengthens the sense of partnership that defines our nursery.
To be recognised for our approach to customer service is a true honour. It speaks to the dedication and care our team brings to each day and to the wonderful families who inspire us to do what we do.
